Leon Nguyen
Leon Nguyen is Principal and responsible for acquisitions and asset management. He has over five years of commercial real estate experience in multifamily acquisitions and lending. Previously at RealtyMogul, Leon underwrote over $5 billion worth of real estate. In 2021, Leon led the underwriting and closing of transactions totaling over 600 units and $120 million in asset value. Leon started his career in accounting, auditing, and real estate corporate banking. Leon graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Finance.
